After providing NHSNYC with proof of past certification, click the blue button above to submit the $150 fee for RAM recertification.
IMPORTANT:
You must also submit proof of prior certification after submitting payment. Your old RAM ID or RAM Certificate will suffice as proof.
If you do not have your old RAM ID or RAM Certificate, please email [email protected] or call (212) 519-2545 for help locating your RAM ID before submitting payment.
RAM Recertification is good for one year from the date the fee is paid.
