RAM Certification Course

The Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) designation program, now available exclusively through NHSNYC, is the property management industry’s most respected credential.

Location: Mercy University, 47 W 34th St., New York, NY 10001

Dates: 11 classes: Tuesdays & Thursdays 8/11-9/15 (no class Thurs., 9/3)

Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Application Fee: $650 (pay by credit card online).

Upon receipt of your Application Fee, our staff will email you an application to complete. You must complete and email the application back to [email protected] in order to complete the enrollment process. You will receive your RAM Certificate upon completion of the course.
